The Giardiniera dei Contadini is processed from the end of September to the end of November, its four vegetables, peppers, fennel, carrots, cauliflower, are harvested and immediately processed very fresh. The processing is still carried out manually by the expert hands of our women, just like the old recipe and is placed in a glass jar with a very delicate sweet and sour dressing. With its colors it releases the warmth of our land.
